Course Overview

The course aims to provide knowledge of project management style that is normally used in E&P business. Students will understand the principle of project management and apply the idea of cost engineering with the planning & scheduling approach. Students can also link the principle of Petroleum Economics into the Project Management system and can identify risks of the projects with the suitable means to mange them.
