Course Overview
The course aims to provide basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation for those who deal with food in any capacity, whether in hotel, day care center, healthcare facility, catering business, food service operation or restaurant, it’s the responsibility of caterers to make sure the food is safe to eat, protect themselves and others by knowing the Food Code.
