| 1. Current work in an organization – individuals are trained to draw the current |
| function process in the point of view of customers (internal and/or external) and |
| measure the improved performance & productivity |
| 2. Assumed new product/process development – individuals applied the process |
| management concept to establish new process for new services/products to be |
| offered in the market place. |
