| 1. Current position in an organization – individuals are trained to develop negotiation |
| role from the current positions to illustrate their performance after training |
| 2. Assumed role in an organization – individuals are assumed new roles in / between |
| an organization(s) and discuss on how they would perform in the assumed roles of |
| negotiation to achieve the results. |
