  The course is to build the foundation of negotiation principles through case study and self assessment
  and practices through workshop of the current and assumed roles.
 
 
  The course is designed to middle and senior management level.

    conducting process, controlling game and achieving results

  - Case Study & Assessment
         1. Current position in an organization – individuals are trained to develop negotiation
             role from the current positions to illustrate their performance after training
         2. Assumed role in an organization – individuals are assumed new roles in / between
             an organization(s) and discuss on how they would perform in the assumed roles of
             negotiation to achieve the results.
