| 1. Current position in an organization – individuals are trained to develop leadership |
| role from the current positions to illustrate their performance after training |
| 2. Assumed role in an organization – individuals are assumed new roles in an |
| organization and discuss on how they would perform in the assumed roles to lead |
| to the objectives of the organization |
