| The course aims to provide in depth knowledge of the economic and commercial aspects in E&P |
| business. Students will understand the project feasibility study and understand the points of concern in |
| the E&P projects including the financial and commercial factors. Students can understand the way to |
| handle risks i.e. projects risks, financial risks and etc. Finally, students can learn the overall process of |
| E&P project starting from first analysis until the negotiation stage from the course workshop. |
