Course Overview

The course aims to provide professional knowledge in the Petroleum Fiscal regime in Thailand including Joint Development Areas in different areas to participants.  Students will be able to understand the fiscal regime, obligation, privilege for the concessionaires or contractors under Thai Laws and Legislation.  Student can understand the advantages and disadvantages of those different regimes.
